I Nemi Chand Yadava s/o Shri Kajod Mal Yadava caste Aheer resident mudia, secretary "Vijaya Laxmi Shiksha Samiti, Achrol, Jaipur, solemnly affiram as under:

1. That our collage, Vasundhara Mahila Shikshan Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya, Achrol building have been constructed on Vijaya Laxmi Shiksha Samiti's purchesed land of   Khasra No.3678 and 3679 Rakba 0.36 Hact., N.H. 8 Achrol, Jaipur-303002 (Rajasthan)
2. The total area in pessession land is 4000 sqmeter. The land and bulding are used for education purpose.
3. The land registered in name of Society as per norms.
4. That in Khasara No. 3678, 3679, there is none loan taken and no mortgage.(i.e. no loan/mortared on the land & blinding).
5. Above affidavit is my belief.
